What is the size of the card?
The cards, when folded) of are 7.87” x 5.51”.
How heavy is the card stock and will the card be glossy? We use a 12 point heavy weight white card stock. Yes, We use a UV varnish on the Card which gives a high gloss finish.
Why can’t I find an image of a particular NBA player?
Some players have chosen to handle their own photo and memorabilia distribution and therefore are not available on our site.
Who can I talk to if I can’t find a specific image?

Will there be more NBA personalised printed products in the future?
We’ll be looking to add new products in the coming months, any suggestions for new products are welcome.
How quickly will I get my Card?
Your card will be printed when you order it, within 24 hours or the
next business day if the order was placed on a weekend or holiday. It
will then be mailed 1st class US postal service, which takes approx. 2 days.
How Can I check on the status of my orders?
We will let you know, by email, when we receive your order and when
it is mailed. You can also check the status by calling our customer
service at (914) 740 5756 or Email us at help@print-fair.com. Please use the order ref number sent to you (when you purchased your card).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards including American Express, Visa,
MasterCard and Discover. If you have a Paypal account you can also pay
using Paypal.
What should I do if I'm having trouble ordering online?

What should I do if I receive my order, but choose to return it?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your card. If for any
reason you are not, please return it and we will refund your credit
card (minus shipping and handling charges).
What do I do if my card was damaged while being mailed?
It is important to us that you receive your personalized greeting
card in perfect condition. If it arrives damaged call us at (914) 740 5756 or e-mail us at help@print-fair.com and let us know what
happened. We will reprint and ship your order immediately at no extra
charge.
Is tax charged on my card?
If a card is sent to New York State we will charge tax of 8.375%
